In 1996, I was impressed by some Herbalife Nutrition results my friend Debbie showed me and decided to try the products. My goal was to improve my general wellbeing. I was a full time IT Specialist also raising a young family with two kids at the time, I was stressed.

I started with the foundation nutrition and some targeted products. The first thing I noticed and still remember vividly was the feeling of mental clarity! It was like getting into a dark room and the switch was turned on! That was really helpful for my software application training profession, my students even commented that I did not have to blink to answer their questions.

My initial goals were not only fulfilled but have also been extended to the present day. I gained 4kg to take me to my ideal weight, which I have maintained all these years. Every day when I look in the mirror, I am so grateful for the confidence I have gained in my appearance. I play ping pong, walk a lot, do my Qigong, Tai Chi and ride my trike.

I am relaxed and peaceful, regardless of life’s hectic events thrown at me, it’s amazing how good nutrition has helped with my perception. When the brain can think clearly, better decisions and actions are taken. I am very happy for my family, friends and associates whom are inspired by my changes and now take Herbalife Nutrition products. It’s so heartwarming to see them enjoy good health and be happy.
